Services

TBT Umrah Services acts as an intermediary between those seeking Umrah Badal services and qualified performers. Our role is to facilitate this connection and ensure a transparent, secure process for all parties involved.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• TBT Umrah Services will connect you with a qualified performer who will conduct the Umrah on behalf of your designated beneficiary.
• Payment for services must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway.
• After payment, you will receive a unique code that will be used to verify the completion of the Umrah.
• You will be required to provide accurate information about the beneficiary for whom the Umrah will be performed.
• TBT Umrah Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment and Refunds

All payments for our services are processed through secure payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be made in full before services are rendered.
• Refund Policy: We offer a full refund if the Umrah Badal cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes situations where:
  • The assigned performer is unable to complete the Umrah
  • Travel restrictions or other external factors prevent the performance of the Umrah
  • The client requests a cancellation before the Umrah has been performed
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to tbtumrahservices@gmail.com.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.
• Processing fees may be deducted from any refund amount if the refund is requested after a performer has been assigned.

Limitation of Liability

TBT Umrah Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
